How do I schedule a tour of the community?
Tours are scheduled through the resident portal, and walk-ins are also welcome.
Do you offer virtual or self-guided tours, and how do I schedule one?
Yes. Virtual tours are conducted using a mobile phone during the scheduled tour.

Do you offer any move-in specials?
No, move-in specials are not offered at this time.
What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must earn two and a half times the monthly rent based on gross income.
What is your Application and Administrative Fee?
Our application fee is $21.00, and no administrative fee is required.
Do you require a security deposit, and if so, how much?
Yes. Our security deposit is $350* per unit. The maximum deposit is up to three times the monthly rent.
Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
No.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No.
Do you require Renters Insurance?
No.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 6th.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A late fee of 10% of the monthly rent applies after the due date.

What utilities are required in the rent?
Water, sewer, and trash.
What appliances are included in the apartment?
Refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
No washer and dryer are included, and there is no on-site laundry facility.
What amenities are available for residents?
Swimming pool and after-school program.
Is parking available, and is there a monthly fee?
Uncovered parking is available at no additional cost.
Do you have EV charging stations?

Do you have a dog park or pet washing stations?

Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?

Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes. On-site maintenance is available 24 hours a day. Residents may submit work orders through the portal, call the office, or visit the office in person.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes. Monthly and weekly resident events are offered. Please contact the on-site team for more information.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
No.
